Wind energy is the power of the near future. All European countries should cooperate for designing and implementing the self-sufficient Wind Energy Union.
Every European country could and should benefit from the huge wind potential and ensuring its own and contributing to EU’s energy self-sufficiency and independence. To adapt the EU energy policy before the depletion of fossil fuel reserves, financial and human achievable efforts should be made in a coordinated manner at EU level. In order to reduce a multiplication rate of costs due to the magnitude of the project, it is essential that the energy system (electricity and hydrogen) is interconnected and implemented
simultaneously across Europe.
2019-2025 PILOT WIND DAMS AND PREPARATION
a. Measurements, research and design in all related subjects: topography, weather forecasting, energy industry, aeronautics, and robotics.
b. Pilot wind dams built all over EU.
Stage 2: 2025-2035 REPLACEMENT OF OIL BASED POWER PLANTS
a. Develop infrastructure for producing, transporting
and storing the hydrogen;
b. Construct wind dams all
over EU, aiming to replace the oil based electricity;
c. Build hydrogen based power plants.
2035-2055 REPLACEMENT OF COAL AND URANIUM BASED POWER
a. Extension of the infrastructure;
b. Wind-dams are constructed all over EU aiming to replace the oil, coal and uranium based power stations.
c. Standardisation of hydrogen based power plants.
